Landscape and lanai lighting is a designed, programmable system that lights the pool cage, palms, pathways, waterline, and architecture — specified to survive salt air and set to the hour. Done well, it makes the property beautiful at night, safer to move through, and more secure, all on a schedule that runs itself.

A Southwest Florida estate is meant to be lived in after sunset — the lanai, the pool, the dock, the garden. We design lighting in layers: uplighting on the palms and architecture, soft path and step lights for safety, waterline and pool-cage lighting, and accent on the features that deserve it. Everything is programmed to the hour, dims and shifts with the evening, and ties into the rest of the home so “evening” or “away” sets the grounds along with the house. Fixtures are specified for the coast — brass and marine-grade materials that don’t corrode in a season of salt.
