Luxe AI Smart Systems is a single-source estate technology integrator serving Southwest Florida’s coastal communities. We design, install, and maintain the entire technology environment of a property — security, automation, entertainment, networking, and power — as one coordinated system, with the same team accountable from the first walkthrough through years of stewardship.

One team, one system

Most estates end up with a drawer full of business cards — a security company, an AV company, a networking guy, a lighting contractor, a Starlink installer who came once. Each solved a slice. None owned the whole. When something breaks, everyone points at someone else, and the homeowner becomes the general contractor for their own technology.

We built Luxe to be the opposite of that. One firm designs the complete system, runs the wire once, makes every component speak the same language, and stands behind all of it. There is one number to call and one team that already knows your property.

Built for this coast

Southwest Florida is a specific place to build. Salt air destroys hardware that wasn’t specified for it. Concrete block construction stops Wi-Fi cold. Waterfront lots are long and need coverage all the way to the dock. Storm season tests power and connectivity every year, and a large share of estates sit closed for months while their owners are north. We engineer for all of it — because we work here, not because we read about it.

How we work

It starts with a walkthrough, not a sales pitch. We look at the property, understand how you actually use it, and document what it would take — coverage, placement, infrastructure, and honest cost. From there: a documented design, clean installation with concealed pathways and labeled terminations, and ongoing stewardship from the people who built it. No monitoring contract, no leased equipment, no call center. The consultation is complimentary throughout Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties.
